Not This Happy Tee

Sometimes the smile is real.

The laugh is real.
The good moment is real.

And so is everything we're carrying underneath it.

The Not This Happy Tee was created for that complicated space between how we appear and how we actually feel.

On the front, Sol looks into the mirror and sees the version of herself everyone knows—the happy one. The one who smiles, shows up, and keeps going.

But turn the shirt around, and the reflection changes:

NOT this happy.

Because looking happy and being okay aren't always the same thing.

This design isn't asking anyone to stop smiling. It's asking us to remember to look beyond the smile.

And maybe, for the person wearing it, it's a way of quietly saying:

I'm still me. I'm just carrying more than you can see.

What This Design Represents

For the people who keep showing up even when they're struggling.

For the ones who don't always know how to explain that something feels off.

And for the reminder that we can enjoy a moment, laugh with our friends, take care of everyone else—and still need someone to check on us, too.

Two things can be true at once.

Mentally Me Reminder

A smile doesn't tell the whole story.

Check on the happy friend.
The funny friend.
The strong friend.
The friend who always says, “I'm good.”

And if that friend is you—

you don't have to perform "okay" just to make everyone else comfortable.

You deserve to be seen beyond the smile.

The Mentally Me Promise

This design was created to help make mental health conversations feel a little less lonely.

Whether you're wearing it because it speaks for you...
or because you hope it reminds someone to look a little closer...

thank you for being part of a kinder conversation.

Stay a while.
Be Mentally Me.
